DEF hit the spot after a night out, lemme say. Such a cute lil pho place that I appreciate, and I'll probably be back.. It doesn't look like much but I'd say that it's a solid establishment with fairly authentic food.
The staff is really nice and friendly and it's pretty peaceful and quiet inside.
And also the prices!! so worth especially for pho in the bay area which usually comes overpriced. Pretty reasonable for the portions.
The only reason I docked a star was because the food took over 20 minutes to come out, which doesn't make much sense for pho, since I feel like the broth is pre-made. I figured it was a slight mishap of some sort, but pho really should be one of those foods that comes out QUICK. -

Oh man, where to start...
The Good: The food (that I actually did receive) was delicious and the inside was fairly nice.
The bad: Customer Service was terrible. I mean just the worse. My best friend and I came here to eat. She decided she wanted to try 3 different entrees and take them home with her. The waiter comes over to take our order and she orders first. She ordered Pho, Stir Fried Chicken Basil over rice, and chicken chow mein. The man stares at her and asks, "Why so much food? No, thats too much food. Is this for you and her (referring to me)." We both replied no.
How dare you question what she orders and how she wants to spend her hard earned money. Who are you to tell her no??!!
Anyway, I then order BBQ Chicken and shrimp over Vermicelli and fried chicken wing appetizer. We also ordered 2 smoothies. The man comes out with all of her food. Then comes out with my Vermicelli. At this point we had no appetizer, no drinks, and not even offered water. We start to eat hoping he'd come out with our drinks. Still no appetizer as well. The guy comes back out and I finally (almost halfway done) stop him and ask him to please just give us water. I also asked what happened to the chicken. He said oh then 10 minutes later tried to bring out fried chicken wings. I told him no thank you at this point this was an appetizer. I was already done with my meal. My friend finally just asked for a soda because he had forgotten our smoothies as well. Anytime we asked him for anything he would say, "okay okay" and still forget what we said.
You sir, have made this delicious food completely not worth it. I have never met someone so rude and just completely absent minded. If you dont remember what we order then stop trying to take orders from memory!! I will never come back to this place to SIT and eat. If he had just been nicer this would have been a 5 star review. Sad it's now a 1 because of bad customer service. -

I have been coming here for years, in fact the only place, I will eat pho. You can say I'm a dedicated customer.
Today my Son and I had two regular pho's. One w egg noodles and shrimp the other chicken pho, and one can of 7-up the total was $38.00. Too high for the quantity of noodles and the lack of customer service. When Lynn was the owner back in 2004 she always had her
waitress/ers come to re-fill your waters and you were given at least three napkins per two people at a table. To date it's one napkin per person.
I started to order only the noodles to go when ownership got sketch w the quality of chicken, and use my own chicken breast for the family; since Lynn had left. Ownership changed a second time quality of chicken improved. Ownership has changed at least twice since Lynn. The standard of quality has gone down as well as the customer service. I hope to find a more suitable pho spot before the cold weather sets in.
I am glad they still carry the oily seeded chili most Asian restaurants don't carry or are doing away w it. It's a must try! There are no flies in this restaurant that I have ever witnessed. And parking is in back. For the positives I gave them three stars. -

I highly recommend the grilled pork Banh Me! The meat is marinated really well and they put just the right amount of vegetables. It is a little pricey but I usually only eat half and save the other half for the next day!

Honestly, this is the highest rated Vietnamese restaurant around (4 stars) and it's for a good reason!
I got the meat fried rice (pork) and man does it smell amazing and taste amazing.
Usually, I just get a decent experience from it, but this time it was over the top.
My friends got the pho, and daaaaaang the large is huge!
They put a lot of meat in everything, and it has a great aroma.
The broth tastes worthy of their rating - strong flavor, but not thick.
It's a definite return trip (also since their price is reasonable).
